Joe is a Agile Coach and Trainer (CST). And an MBA (fairly unusual in the Agile community). In his career, he has worked mainly in NYC, London, and Charlotte. He does CSM, CSPO and other courses in the Eastern US and Canada, France, Romania, and Peru. He views the world from a lean-agile-scrum perspective. In addition to Scrum, he is particularly interested in Business Value Engineering (a lean-Scrum-like approach to solving the problems on the front and back ends of Scrum teams). He has 20+ years in software and product development with teams.
