CSM Certified ScrumMaster

Taught by Jeff Sutherland
February 28 - March 1, 2011 in Wellington, New Zealand

Learn the essentials of working as a ScrumMaster or Scrum team member in this course. While the Scrum Alliance provides a list of core concepts that must be covered in the class, each instructor creates his or her own material, allowing courses to differ based on the strengths, interests, and experiences of the instructor.

In this case it is Jeff Sutherland and Jens Ostergaard add their personal flavor of the class. Jeff and Jens have co-trained numerous times in the last 4 years and enjoy putting different perspectives on challenges.

Jeff is the creator of Scrum and have fascinating stories to tell of how Scrum was created, how Scrum have been implemented over the years, and why Scrum is what Scrum is. Go to and download the Scrum papers to learn more.

Jens who became a certified Scrum Trainer in 2004 have certified more Scrum Masters than anyone else conducting CSM classes in Oceania. Jens held all the first CSM classes in OZ and Kiwi, starting in 2005. Coming to Oceania regularly Jens brings his world Scrum experience of implementing Scrum to the class.

Jeff and Jens are founders of ScrumFoundation.
